Heat presses

Heat presses are used to apply heat transfer imagery.

We offer two types of heat presses: pneumatic and manual. See below for more information about our different models. We are happy to help you choose the right model for you.

PNEUMATIC HEAT PRESSES

Pneumatic heat presses use a compressor. Buttons and digital settings control the pressure, heat and timing of your printing operation. You do not need to use manual power with a pneumatic press, meaning optimal printing results and efficiency.

We offer three different models, all of them reliable and easy to use:

Transmatic mod. TS 5 PA

The TS 5 PA is our most efficient pneumatic heat press. This is the press for those wanting to print large volumes. A foot pedal controls the press itself, leaving your hands free to insert/remove textiles and imagery. It also prints onto two surfaces/workstations, allowing you to prepare one station while the machine is working on the other:

  • Standard lower platen 26 x 38 cm
  • Additional platen 15 x 15 cm
  • The press has two workstations (double lower platens) and a foot pedal
  •  Digital time and temperature settings
  • Manual pressure settings

Transmatic mod. TS 5 P

The TS 5 P is almost identical to the model above, but the press is moved manually from side to side (without a foot pedal). This is a slightly cheaper heat press – still suitable if you want to print large quantities.

  • Lower platen 26 x 38 cm
  •  Additional platen 15 x 15 cm
  • Digital time and temperature settings
  • Double heat platens

Insta mod. 718

The Insta 718 is our most hard-wearing pneumatic press, promising robust, American quality. This is probably the highest-pressure model on the market. It is highly reliable and easy to use. This heat press is ideal for use on the shop floor, for example.

  • Lower platen 26 x 38 cm
  • Additional platen 15 x 15 cm
  • Digital time and temperature settings
  • Five programme options
  • Counter for number of prints

MANUAL HEAT PRESSES

Our manual heat presses are easy to use and suitable for those who print regularly but in smaller quantities. Place the garments and labels you want to print on the press and apply the print by lowering the upper platen until it locks into position. The press gives you some help with applying pressure, but some manual pressure is required.

Transmatic TMH 38

The TMH 38 is our best-selling manual heat press. It is reliable and easy to use and ideal for use on the shop floor.

  • Lower platen 26 x 38 cm
  • Additional platen 15 x 15 cm
  • Optional cap printing accessory
  • Reliable and easy to use
  • Digital time and temperature settings

Insta mod. 418

The Insta 418 is a cap press with arched platens, making it perfectly shaped for caps and other curved objects. It is also ideal for printing on shirt collars, chest pockets and other areas a normal press would struggle to reach.

  • Lower platen 8 x 16 cm
  • Supplied with Teflon sheet
  • Weighs only 15 kg
