Pressure tables

Correct pressure is essential in order to ensure the durability of the transfer label. Pressure is calculated in kg/cm2 on the label. The input pressure on the machine (displayed on the manometer) must be adjusted according to the size of the lower platen.

Remember to check both temperature and time settings, and inspect the lower platen for chipping and damage. Avoid placing seams and zips on the platen. If there are seams and zips near where the transfer will go, you should use bits of silicone rubber to elevate the transfer location. Switch to a small lower platen when printing on smaller sections of a garment.

To view recommended settings for different fabrics, please look at our application tips.
