With a focus on sustainable production

Our production is aimed at renewable resources and we have a strong focus on recycling and sustainability for the environment.

Our certifications

In addition to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, we meet the major international brands' RSL (Restrictive Substances List). This is a security for our customers and not least the users of textiles with our transfer on. We use 100 percent renewable energy and all our self-produced transfer products are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified.

Environmentally friendly products

Avery Dennison NTP emphasizes that production and products must be environmentally friendly. All self-produced transfer marks are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified, which means that the products are guaranteed free of heavy metals, lead and PVC.

Focus on the environment is important for those who work with us with the affixing of the marks on garments. In addition, we are concerned about the user of garments with markings. We satisfy STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which indicates that the products can be used in close contact with baby skin.

The technology of the future

The basis for our environmental focus lies in our unique and licensed production technology. Both the Ministry of the Environment and organizations such as Greenpeace work to ensure that environmental toxins and heavy metals in consumer goods are avoided in the future. We are one step ahead with our technology.

Eco-lighthouse®

Avery Dennison NTP is committed to taking responsibility and making us part of the Green movement. We have therefore made the necessary adjustments to be certified Eco-Lighthouse.

The letter of approval, printed on 6 January 2016, writes, among other things:

«The company has worked well with environmental lighthouse and satisfies their requirements. They work continuously with quality assurance and focus on optimal utilisation of the materials that are useful in the production process.

Avery Dennison NTP AS is also concerned with supporting the local community. In addition, they support several teams and organisations.

The routines that have been introduced in connection with the environmental lighthouse certification show that the company wishes to contribute to less emissions throughout production ».

Green dot

Avery Dennison NTP is approved as a member of Green Dot Norway. As a member, you undertake to enable the sorting of all packaging that is sent out to customers.

In practice, this means that all packaging NTP sends must be recyclable, and that we pay a fixed fee per packaging to improve the infrastructure for recycling in Norway.

We deliver products throughout the country, which are wrapped in protective plastic or envelopes before they are sent, preferably in cardboard boxes for larger orders. Now all our packaging is marked, so that customers are informed about the possibility of recycling.

Renewable energy

Avery Dennison NTP is concerned about its energy consumption. We are proud to be certified by Markedskraft ASA for the use of 100 percent renewable energy.

Market power guarantees that our consumption of electric power is delivered from renewable hydropower production in accordance with EECS, a total of 2000 MWh in 2018. The electricity is produced at the Tysso II power plant in Odda municipality in Hordaland.

WWF, we're talking about animals

We're talking about animals. Everywhere.

WWF was founded 55 years ago, but the world is no longer as it was then. That is why WWF has also evolved. From working only with endangered animals and their habitats, we are now working to meet the global challenges facing the world.

Everything is connected. That's why WWF works with:

  • To protect animals from threats such as poachers and illegal hunting and fishing.

  • To preserve habitats both in the sea and on land, such as stopping the plastic littering of the sea and protecting forests from destructive logging.

  • To slow down the catastrophic climate change, which threatens to change everything.

The problems are increasingly complex, and therefore the solutions must be. We believe that problems can be solved - if we work together to solve them.
