Pressure tables

Proper pressure is important to ensure good durability of the affixed transfer.

The pressure is calculated in kg / cm2 on the transfer. Incoming pressure on the machine (displayed in the manometer on the machine) must be adjusted according to the size of the base plate.

Remember to check both temperature and time setting, and check the base plate for nicks and damage. Consider which size of the base plate is best suited so that seams and zippers do not come into contact with the heating element. If this is located near where the mark should sit, you should use pieces of silicone rubber or similar to build up under the marking area. Change to a small bottom plate to get a smaller part of the garment under the press.

For print settings for different fabrics, go to application tips .
